Contact support@sxspartsdepot.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.\n\nDefective Items: Free return shipping and a full refund or replacement.\n\nNon-Defective Returns: May be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.\n\nRefunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.\n\nItems Not Eligible for Return:\n- Installed or used parts\n- Electrical components that have been connected\n- Special order or custom items\n- Items without original packaging\n\nTo Start a Return:\n1. Email support@sxspartsdepot.com with your order number\n2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number\n3. Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked\n4. Refund processed upon inspection
