How long does shipping take?
Standard ground shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $19.99, and overnight shipping is available for $39.99. Orders placed before 2 PM PST on business days typically ship same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $75 ship free via ground shipping within the continental United States.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is free on defective items. See our full Return Policy for details.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Do parts come with a warranty?
Most parts include the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — check the individual product listing for specific warranty information.
